Send a request
Email the address below from the email linked to your Hutva account. State that you want your account or specific data deleted and identify any relevant booking. If you used Apple Hide My Email or cannot access that address, explain this so we can verify account ownership. Do not send your password or identity documents unless a justified verification request is made.
What happens next
We verify ownership and handle the request manually. We remove or anonymise the account, sign-in association, favourites and other data no longer needed. Active bookings must be resolved with the host; deletion does not cancel a stay or create a refund automatically. We explain any records retained for legal or dispute purposes. Backups are removed as they expire. Removing Hutva from your Google, Facebook or Apple account stops that sign-in connection but does not by itself delete Hutva records.
