Using Hutva
Hutva provides accommodation listings, search, booking requests and availability tools. Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Keep your information accurate, protect access and use only content you have permission to publish. Hosts must be authorised to offer the property and comply with local accommodation, safety and tax requirements.
Booking & payment
Sending a request does not reserve dates. A booking is confirmed when the host accepts it; confirmed dates become occupied. Review the dates, guests, full price, meals, pet rules and host payment and cancellation terms before requesting. Payment goes directly to the host. Hutva does not collect accommodation payments or issue host refunds. Currency conversions are estimates; the booking records its original currency.
Changes & complaints
Hosts are responsible for accurate descriptions, prices and availability, and for providing the stay. Coordinate changes and refunds directly with the host; cancellation in Hutva updates the booking and calendar but does not transfer money. Report misleading, unlawful or unauthorised content to support. We may restrict abusive accounts or content and review complaints. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Material changes to these terms will be dated and communicated before they apply.
